Hot Melt

Hot melt is seamless, monolithic layer of hot liquid, poured directly onto a prepared structural deck. This inverted roof system consists of a membrane laid directly on to the deck, insulation on top and gravel or paving slabs to weigh it down.

Hot melt is unique in that it can be completely flat, incredibly useful when planning permissions restrict building heights.

The dual layered nature of hot melt roofs means that they are very tough and unlikely to be damaged by freak weather.
